This is your chance to hunt a beautiful, huge kudu bull. Horn lenght going up to 50, 55 and even 60 inch! "The African kudu is a large, majestic, strikingly beautiful, striped, spiral-horned antelope. Preferred habitat is rocky, hilly, or mountainous areas, interspersed with woodland or thick bush. Kudu bulls are light to dark grey in colour with 6-10 vertical white stripes along the sides and with a white chevron between the eyes. The cows are more tan/brown and have prominent ears. The horns, carried only by males, form large spirals, and an old buck can have up to three complete twists. Kudus live in herds of females and their young. During mating season, an adult male is accompanied by a few cows and young. Out of season, the bulls go solitary or form bachelor herds (max. 6 bulls). Kudu are almost exclusively browsers and can eat a variety of leaves. They are highly adaptable, excellent jumpers, fully capable of clearing a seven-foot fence. Size: height at shoulder 150 cm; max. 290 kg, Rowland Ward, min: 53 7/8 inch." We saved these big bulls for hunting season 2009.
